CUSTOMER CARE
Everything is Made To Order (MTO). Please allow 10-15 days for items to be shipped.
Deliveries are fulfilled by Royal Mail. Our shipping rates fluctuate depending on the weight of the order and the destination.
Once your package has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email including a tracking number. Our couriers deliver from Monday to Friday during business hours.

DELIVERIES, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We do not accept refunds or exchanges unless proofs of manufacturing problems are provided by the client.
Please also note that we will not offer a refund if the client has missed the delivery or if the package has been sent back to us for any reasons. The only case we would offer a refund is if the delivery company has lost the package and/if there is a manufacturing defect on the order.
If the packet has been sent the right way and the client miss the delivery, we would not offer a refund. If the order is sent back to us, we will send it back to the client straight away but will not be able to offer a refund.
Once the tracking number has been received by the customer, it is the customer’s responsibility to track the delivery of the package and make sure it can be received.
