In order for us to accept the order, our customers must provide us with all the information necessary to send the order: name, address, telephone number and email address. If necessary LA MASKARADE reserves the right to cancel the order.

-We reserve the right to cancel an order (including orders already accepted) without any liability to you if the products in that order are not available, we encounter a manufacturing problem, there is an error with the price or the product description.

-LA MASKARADE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being however understood that the price appearing in the catalogue on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. The prices indicated do not include the costs of order processing, transport and delivery.

-Deliveries are fulfilled by Royal Mail. Our shipping rates fluctuate depending on the weight of the order and the destination. 

-Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges unless proofs of manufacturing problems are provided by the client.

-Please note that we will not offer a refund if the client has missed the delivery. Once the client has received his tracking number with the correct information provided by him/her. The only case we would offer a refund is if the delivery company fails to deliver the packet.

-If the packet has been sent the right way and the client miss the delivery, we would not offer a refund.

-Once the tracking number has been received by the customer, it is the customer’s responsibility to track the delivery of the package and make sure it can be received.

-The price is payable at the time of order.

-Payments will be made by credit card or by PayPal; they will be made through Stripe secure system which uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and no third party can read it during transport on the network.

-The buyer’s account will be debited at the time of the payment and for the amount of the products sent. At the buyer’s request, a paper invoice will be sent to the buyer showing the VAT.
