Customer care

Everything is Made To Order (MTO). Please allow 10-15 days for items to be shipped. 

Deliveries are fulfilled by Royal Mail. Our shipping rates fluctuate depending on the weight of the order and the destination. 

Once your package has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email including a tracking number. Our couriers deliver from Monday to Friday during business hours.

You can check the status of your order and track its delivery at any time using this link https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/ .


We do not accept returns or exchanges unless proofs of manufacturing problems are provided by the client.

Please note that we will not offer a refund if the client has missed the delivery. Once the client has received his tracking number with the correct information provided by him/her. The only case we would offer a refund is if the delivery company fails to deliver the packet.

If the packet has been sent the right way and the client miss the delivery, we would not offer a refund.

Once the tracking number has been received by the customer, it is the customer’s responsibility to track the delivery of the package and make sure it can be received.
